Official rules of the loyalty program

My MTS loyalty program for MTS Prepaid customers is realized to popularize mobile communication services provided under MTS Prepaid trade mark, to stimulate the demand for MTS Prepaid service and to interest customers of this service.

The organizer of My MTS program for MTS Prepaid subscribers is closed company “Ukrainian Mobile Communication” (hereinafter – MTS).

Terms of participation in the program

Participation in the program is accessible for all natural persons of no less than 16 years old, who are permanent residents of Ukraine and subscribers of MTS Prepaid services.

After the first filling up of the account all customers of MTS Prepaid automatically become participants of My MTS Bonus program.

To participate in the program My MTS Bonus the subscriber should just top up his account. After the first topping up the customer gets additional account for collecting special relative points called bonuses.

Bonuses in My MTS Bonus program for MTS Prepaid subscribers are added at each filling up of the account according to the sum of addition and the period of using the service.

The additional account for bonuses collecting is automatically opened at the date of account filling up which leads to the first adding the bonuses on additional account.

The period of collecting and saving the bonuses makes one year beginning from the date of registration of additional account for their collecting or from the date of ending of the previous period of bonuses collecting.

The minimal bonuses amount that should be collected during the period of bonuses collecting and saving makes 200 points. Bonuses, added in current period of collecting and saving, are written off after the current period ends, if the sum of the added bonuses for the whole period is less than the minimal amount.

Bonuses, added in the previous period of bonuses collecting and not used up during the previous and current period of bonuses collecting, are written off after the current period ends.

The order of adding and exchange of bonuses can be changed without warning. Complete list of possibilities of adding and exchanging of the bonuses is given on the site my.mts.com.ua

Bonuses, added within My MTS Bonus program for MTS Prepaid customers can be used for getting MТS services and services of MTS partners on special terms. The volume of services and the terms of their providing are set and changed without co-ordination with MTS Prepaid customers.

MTS has the right to write off bonuses from subscribers’ accounts any moment without warning and explaining the reasons.

If a customer checks the state of his additional account for collecting bonuses or changing them for services, chooses any of two accessible variants of My MTS program, it means that the participant accepts the rules.

Program Period of Validity

The program starts on 12.01.2008 and is valid on regular terms.

MTS has the right to hold up My MTS program for MTS Prepaid customers any time without notice and without coordination with the service subscribers.

Order of bonuses exchange for mobile communication services according to My MTS Bonus program

Bonuses, received in “My MTS Bonus” program, can be changed for mobile communication services at corresponding sum.

To choose the volume of services and to exchange the bonuses a participant of the program should call 172 (free within Ukraine) from his phone and with the help of voice prompts choose proper variant or use proper USSD-requests. The equivalent of the services amount will be written off from the account.

If any problems with bonuses exchange the participants of the program can turn to MTS Contact Centre by number 111 (free within Ukraine).

MТS has the right to set and change list of services, their amount and the principles of their exchange according to conditions of My MTS Bonus program for MTS Prepaid customers without co-ordination with MTS Prepaid subscribers.

Order of bonuses exchange for goods and services of MTS and its partners in My MTS Bonus program for MTS Prepaid customers

Bonuses, added according to My MTS Bonus program for MTS Prepaid customers, can be used for getting goods/services on special conditions and/or at special prices provided only by MТS or its partners within My MTS Bonus program for MTS Prepaid customers. The list of partners, participating in the program, the volume and diversity of goods/services and the terms of their receiving are set and changed without co-ordination with subscribers.

Bonuses exchange for goods/services can be carried out only by registered subscribers of MTS Prepaid. Registration means that you give your data to get further information. You can register yourself on the site www.mts.com.ua/registration or fill in a registration form, attached to a start package according to the existing registration rules, and send it via mail. Vouchers and the like will be delivered to the postal address, the participant’s specified in his registration data.

Voucher can be used during two months from the moment of its receiving. Date of delivery is marked on the voucher. Vouchers, not used up during the defined period, are automatically rescinded and cannot be used. With that the bonuses, which were written off for getting the voucher, are not renewed.

To change bonuses for goods/services on special conditions and/or at special prices only in MTS or MTS partners within My MTS Bonus program for MTS Prepaid customers call 172 (free from MТS mobile within Ukraine), follow voice prompts and choose proper variant or use proper USSD-requests. The equivalent of the cost of goods/services will be written off from account.

The ordered partner’s voucher the participant of the program will receive with recommended letter during several days. This voucher gives the possibility to get discount from partners of My MТS Bonus program for MTS Prepaid customers.

At ordering of magazine subscription the program participant can find out the time of its deliver by number 172 (free from MТS mobile within Ukraine).

MТS is not responsible for the quality of goods/services provided by its partners according to My MTS program for MTS Prepaid customers.

At defining of special price the goods/services common cost, set by MТS or its partners at the date when the voucher is shown, is taken into account. It concerns all customers buying goods/services on general basis.

If the quality of goods/services, a subscriber actually purchases at special price, is higher than the cost of the special offer, he has the right to get, the specified unit is paid for independently by the subscriber. Special offer cost includes VAT.

MTS has the right to set and change the list of services, volume of services and the principles of their exchange according to conditions of My MTS Bonus program for MTS Prepaid subscribers without co-ordination with MTS Prepaid customers.
