Call Hold/Waiting

This service is rendering to subscribers of all tariff packages free of charge and is part of the base service package.

The Call Waiting service allows to get second call during you’re talking on mobile phone. You will hear low beeps. It means that someone tries to get you on the phone. At the same time the subscriber, which have dialed your number just now will hear standard long beeps.

Thanks to the Call Hold service You will be able to leave the first subscriber on line until You will return to him/her and switch over to the second one. Besides, during you are speaking on the telephone with some subscriber, this service allows to dial a number of other one and to switch between them in series.

If you finished current talk and you want to answer an incoming call immediately, push the call button.

If you want to hold a subscriber you’re talking and answer an incoming call, dial 2

If you want to finish a talk and switch over the first subscriber who is keeping on line, dial 1

If you want to switch between incoming calls, dial 2

You can do not answer incoming call and send a signal “it’s busy” to calling subscriber, dial 0

If you activated the redirection on the Voice Mail already and you don’t want answer a call – this call will be redirected on your Voice Mail automatically.

The Call Waiting service may be used jointly with the Conference service.

Attention! While calling the emergency number 112 the Call Hold service does not function.
