What is a VOUCHER for contract subscribers?

With the help of a voucher, a MTS contract subscriber may update his/her personal account.

There exist the following face values of electronic vouchers for contract subscribers: 25 UAH, 50 UAH, 100 UAH and 200 UAH.

Where is it possible to buy a VOUCHER?

You can buy vouchers for contract subscribers at branches of the leading banks or in specialized points of sales.

How to update my personal account?

You can update your personal account in two ways:

• Updating the account by means of a special command from your mobile phone:
• Dial the combination *100* CONFIDENTIAL CODE # and press the call button (receiver sign) (in Ukraine and in roaming).

• Updating the account with the help of the voice menu:
• Call 7722 (free-of-charge, only in Ukraine).
• Follow voice prompts and enter without pauses the 14 figures of the confidential code.

Transfer of payment to accounts of contract subscribers may take from 5 minutes to 5 hours.

• Account status checking: 977 (free-of-charge) or USSD request: *110*10# and press the call button.
• Support service: 111 from a mobile phone.

	ATTENTION! Do not reveal the confidential code of your voucher to anyone. MTS and MTS partners do not carry out promotions that imply uncovering of the confidential code (complete or partial).
