How to exchange bonuses?

MTS telecommunications operator provides you, MTS Prepaid users, with the opportunity to exchange bonuses for communication services from MTS or presents from My MTS loyalty program partners.

You can merely call 111, follow voice prompts, select 1, 3 and 5 options and select a present you like most of all. Or exchange bonuses for presents with the help of USSD requests.

To check the balance of bonuses on your account, you can either send an SMS to 102172 or dial *777*1#

. In reply, you will get information about the quantity of your bonuses.

Calls and SMS in Ukraine to these numbers are free of charge.

If you have earned more than 200 bonuses during a year from the beginning of your participation in the program, they should be used before the end of the following year. If you have collected less than 200 bonuses they will be cancelled before the beginning of the following year.

Attention! Super MTS Super MTS – All Networks, Super MTS + SMS users do not partake in My MTS Bonus program. Bonuses are not granted to the users of these tariff plans.

You can exchange bonuses for:

1. Mobile communication services.
